Delivery delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic

Due to a very large volume of orders and the suspension of delivery times guaranteed by Canada Post on March 18, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive on time. Jeff de Bruges cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery of packages.

It is your duty to validate the accuracy of the billing and delivery addresses.

COVID-19 Pandemic - Update from Canada Post (March 18, 2020 - 3:00 p.m.)

“Due to the potential impacts on our local facilities and air transportation, we inform you that Canada Post is suspending its on-time delivery guarantee for all parcel services until further notice, effective today (March 18 ). This means that some residents and businesses may start to notice longer than usual delays in delivering their packages. "

SHIPPING COST

The delivery costs include the costs of preparing and packing your order, as well as delivery to the address indicated in the file. These charges are based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered, the total amount of the order before taxes and delivery charges. You cannot combine orders to benefit from reduced shipping costs.

ORDER PREPARATION TIME

Jeff de Bruges will endeavor to prepare and ship orders within 24-48 hours of order processing by Jeff de Bruges. However, this period may be exceeded for reasons beyond our control. Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, except statutory holidays in Canada.

DELIVERY DELAY

Delivery times are those of carrier services, between 2 and 15 working days depending on the region.

Given the many factors that can influence delivery times, Jeff de Bruges cannot be held responsible for the delivery times for your order by the carrier. You can track your order with your tracking number sent when your package is shipped on the carrier's site.
