DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery delays due to COVID-19 pandemic

Due to a very large volume of orders and the suspension of guaranteed delivery times by Canada Post on March 18, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will arrive on time. Jeff de Bruges cannot be held responsible for parcel delivery delays.

It is your duty to validate the accuracy of the billing and delivery addresses.

COVID-19 Pandemic – Canada Post Update (March 18, 2020 – 3:00 p.m.)

“Because of potential impacts on our local facilities and air transportation, we inform you that Canada Post is suspending until further notice its on-time delivery guarantee for all parcel services, as of today (March 18). This means that some residents and some businesses may begin to notice longer than usual delays in the delivery of their parcels.”

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges include the costs of preparing and packaging your order, as well as delivering to the address provided on file. These charges are based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered, the total amount of the order before taxes, and delivery charges. You cannot combine orders to benefit from reduced delivery charges.

ORDER PREPARATION TIME

Jeff de Bruges will endeavour to prepare and ship orders within a 24 to 48-hour period after the order has been processed by Jeff de Bruges. However, this period may be exceeded for reasons beyond our control. Orders are processed on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Eastern time, except for statutory holidays in Canada and the United States.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are specified by Canada Post and vary from 2 to 7 business days depending on the region.

Considering the many factors that can affect delivery times, Jeff de Bruges cannot be held responsible for delays in the processing of your order by Canada Post. You can track your order with the tracking number on the Canada Post Web site. Orders are shipped through Canada Post.


COURIER SERVICE

For a limited time only, Jeff de Bruges offers an optional courier service for customers of the island of Montreal. This service is only offered for orders of $40 or more.
