I cannot finalize my order.
Please make sure you have created your account and that you meet the required delivery conditions. Additionally, some orders may not be possible to complete due to an out-of-stock situation in our shipping warehouse. If delivery isn’t available, in-store pickup remains an option (subject to availability in store).
I did not receive my package on the scheduled date.
Please note that during the winter season, road conditions and severe weather may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond our control. If you still have not received your parcel 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us(or the carrier) so we can assist you and, if needed, open a claim with Canada Post or Obibox.
I would like to add my Jeff Club points earned in store to my online account
Since April 2024, our loyalty program has evolved into Jeff Club Canada, which no longer operates on a points-based system. Points accumulated under the former program (in-store or online) could be used or converted into gift certificates until May 15, 2025.
As this period has now ended, it is no longer possible to add, transfer, or convert points to an online account. Jeff Club Canada now offers exclusive benefits from the moment you join, valid both in-store and on our website, without any point accumulation. For any questions regarding your membership, our customer service team remains at your disposal.
I would like to place my order by phone.
All orders for deliveries being processed by the platform of the sales site, you cannot place your order by phone, if you encounter problems in finalizing your order, contact us!
There is an error in my delivery.
Contact us so that we can correct the situation, if it is a product reversal, please send us a photo of the product received in error
